MANAGING DIRECTOR

John has owned and operated several successful businesses over the past 37 years and had been at the forefront of energy technology innovation for more than a decade. During his career encompassing both Gen OffGrid and previously Energy Made Clean (EMC), he’s engineered more ‘first of class’ solutions for remote Australia than any other company.

John is on the board of the Kimberley Pilbara Cattlemen’s Association and the Broome Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and he’s an accredited Clean Energy Council on-grid designer and installer.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Tom is degree qualified in engineering and business management, with 15 years’ experience in his expertise of project delivery, including managing large scale construction projects in Australia and PNG.

His role with Gen OffGrid has him responsible for the project delivery across all the business’s operations.

Tom is a native from Victoria, but proudly now calls Broome home. He loves the outdoors and spends plenty of time on the water on his surf ski.

DIRECTOR - NT

Russell is a senior executive who has worked in various Executive Management roles in energy, manufacturing, logistics and mining environments for 40 years around the globe.

Russell is experienced in providing detailed economic assessments to support the renewable energy sector.

DIRECTOR - NT

Steve is an experienced commercial and financial professional, with 25 years embedded in the energy and resources industries in senior roles, and living, working, and enjoying the Northern Territory since 2007.

Steve has a passion for helping unlock the opportunities the NT enjoys, supporting and developing the people he interacts with daily, and strengthening the community through his local NFP activities.

PROJECT MANAGER

Jason has a bachelor of engineering degree (Mechanical). He previously spent 15 years in specialist engineering roles within General Motors before moving West for warmer weather and great fishing.

SALES MANAGER

Since moving to the Northern Territory in 2004, John has been actively involved in providing commercial and business solutions to a diverse range of organisations across a broad range of industry sectors including Agriculture, Mining and Resources, Local Government and Hospitality.

John has previous success in developing and managing teams, workforce utilisation, and brings a strong understanding of financial and delivering cost effective outcomes, along with the challenges presented throughout regional and remote areas of the country.
